Build an Alexa Skill for a SmartHome Plug using Alexa-Smarthome (github) and other Amazon Resources: 1. Send a [login to view URL] event after receiving a Discover directive from Alexa 2. Indicate that the endpoint is ProactivelyReported 3. Send ChangeReport events based on pre-determined factors (which will be enumerated when task is awarded) 4. Launch Skill with user voice command: "Alexa, turn ON smart plug updates" 5. ChangeReport events shall be sent INDEFINITELY after user directs Alexa to "turn ON smart plug updates" 6. User may choose to terminate updates with the voice command, "Alexa, turn OFF smart plug updates"
