Xamarin.forms 2 Screens ONLY App (for Adroid and iOS)

We are looking for a reliable Xamarin developer to build an app to [login to view URL] targeting iOS and Android. The app will have the following: ------------------------------------------------------ 1) Splash Screen with a logo . It will have a horizontal loader indicator to show that it is loading a webpage at a webview on the background. 2) WEBVIEW PAGE When the webpage gets loaded the Splash Screen will fade out so that the FULL SIZED Webview Screen show Up showing the loaded webpage. (the rest of the app will work inside the WEBVIEW) Enhancements: 1) You need to always control that the APP is connected to the internet and can reach our server. In case something is wrong you should through an alert Tellin. "Your phone cannot connect to the [login to view URL] sure you are connected to the Internet and try again" 2) The Vebview control will have the following properties: - Swap down : The Webview will reload the current page - Swap left : The Webview will go to the Previous page(if any) - Swap right : The Webview will go to the Next oage (if any) - On Page loading you will need to show a "loading" spinner. 3) The App will only work in portrait mode Please provide as much credentials for your work and experience with [login to view URL], Any samples we can download and test will also be valuable.
