Upgrade our iPhone and Android SIP dialer

We have existing app for both Android and iPhone. We need to upgrade the app to add more features. The existing app can be downloaded from apple store and android market. Search 'netcube'. Test account: username: applestore password: storeapple Here is the detailed requirement: 1. User start the app and presented with a four-page instruction to introduce our app. Design will be provided. 2. User login or register an account. When user register new account, the following info need to be collected: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Password, and Password again, Mobile Number, Which country do you call to most often? (Drop down menu: China / HongKong / Taiwan / Korea / Japan / Singapoo / Malaysia / US / UK / Canada / others). Submit all info to CP. API will be provided. 3. User will receive a SMS verification code. The verification code need to be given back to the app to finish the registration. 4. After user login, Show a page to tell them 'share this app with 5 of your friends from your phone book by SMS to receive $XXX credit for phone calls. You can make XXX minutes (this value is calculated. see step 6) free calls to China (whatever country user selected on step 2)'. (We will provide design of this page). Two buttons: NEXT and SKIP. One check box: Don't show next time. (If user did not check this box, show again on next login). If NEXT is clicked ask permission to access address book. Let use choose at least 5 numbers and submit. Display a message: After each of your friends successfully register, you will receive credit on your account. Credit will be managed on our server. The app does not need to manage that. 5. Login share with facebook or twitter account. 6. When user login to the dialer, not only balance is displayed. Display how many minutes the balance can be used to call the country that user set in step2. The rate is available through API. Source code of the existing app will be provided. NDA need to be signed. We need the new source code. Necessary assistance on compiling the code may be required. Milestone will be created but only release when the project is finished. App is tested. Source code is tested.
