Looking for a freelancer to create, run, and optimize online lead generation campaigns for our specialized niche firm. We are a new boutique real estate development services firm based in Bogotá Colombia. Therefore the campaign will be targeted to spanish speaking, site owners who are looking to carry out a real estate development project in their sites. The Campaign will target leads in major cities of Colombia: Bogota, Cali, Medellin, Bucaramanga, Cucuta, Cartagena, Barranquilla, Santa Marta, and Ibagué. A detailed description of our firm's services and our target clients will be provided to the selected freelancer. The project entails creating and running the campaigns out of scratch. Therefore you will have to propose what the strategy, plan and marketing channels will be and how it will be carried out based on your know-how and experience. We are looking for freelancers to advise us on a cost effective marketing strategy, we are assuming it will include adwords, seo, sem, social media, content creation, email marketing, etc. but are open to suggestions. We already have a running website created on wordpress. Freelancer must speak/write fluently in Spanish.
