Hi, We are an established (10 years +) Digital Media and Design Agency requiring the services of Freelance Sales Agents (comm based) to take our services into SME’s and larger Corporate Groups, online communities, freelance websites etc. You will be a self starter with ambition to succeed and come with a client list / network or skills in prospecting, generating winning proposals and garnering the trust and commitment from prospects as this is where you will do exceptionally well. Services include: Website Design & Development, SEO, Social Media Marketing Management, Messaging (Mobile & Email), Digital PR, App & Software Development. We will also be adding IT outsourcing / Management, Data back up (cloud) and Event Management Services over the next few months. Your existing network, Sales experience in IT, Advertising, Media, online sales & marketing or related will be an advantage to you as your income will quickly grow. People without a network or sales experience, or school leavers looking for a first job or work experience will struggle, so we suggest you don’t waste our time or yours in applying. We offer a favourable commission structure which also includes opportunities to build a residual income stream which will quickly build to provide a material sized income. We provide successful candidates with an established brand identity, office base with work stations and board room table (Woodstock – Cape Town if applicable to you) email address, email signature and business cards (if applicable). Our optional CRM system (cloud based) tracks all leads you generate as well as gives you tools to use to optimise your time and communications. We will be setting up a weekly email communication (part of CRM) to all existing and prospective Clients – for those Prospects who are not initially interested, you will get permission to use the Prospects details (email, company etc) to keep in touch with them for when they do need our services – the CRM software tracking will guarantee you get paid your commission on those deals. We will split the cost of the CRM (cost price is R260 per month, we split this R130.00 each) with you. The ZAR130.00 is deducted from your commission income stream, but the value of the system will far exceed the 'cost' (CRM is proven to improve sales by over 30%). You need to have your own means of transport and phone (if applicable) and we prefer people who will be working at this several hours a day - your income (which includes some services which provide residual) will quickly reflect this. These are extremely popular services, are needs based (not luxuries) and our pricing is competitive! We are a Digital Agency so the services can be provided to international Clients. Most Agencies are reactive and not proactive, so you will find there is a lot of scope out there if you're a go-getter. Even ‘mining’ the Freelance websites will generate a lot of prospects if you are diligent and good with communications. You will be welcome to use our offices in Woodstock – Cape Town to base yourself from or send Clients to (if applicable), if you’re in the area. Or you’re welcome to send Clients in the area to meet with us (same commission applies). From month 2 on and based on your sales capability in the first month we will pay your phone bill and-or provide you a paid for phone from the office (unless you work primarily online). Duties Include:  Canvassing SME’s and larger Corporate’s - Canvassing online Freelance Sites to secure leads and be involved with project management (liaison between you, client, us) of same.  We are open to you creating distribution partnerships with businesses or partners whose reps will promote our services on a white label basis (majority of available commission goes to partner firm, but you benefit from the volume).
