Concept artist needed for 3d models

Hey Folks... We are a small studio in Romania and we are looking for someone who is comfortable in illustrating environments & props for a project we are working on. This is ongoing work. There are two themes currently: medieval/fantasy & post-apocalyptic/sci-fi. You don't have to be good at both. The environments will end up in 3d so if you can provide orthographic and or isometric views that would be awesome tho not necessary. Another thing to note is that the illustrations will be used as a reference for modeling so there is no need for detailed renders. Usually, just a sketch is enough and maybe a reference of color or texture. We understand that time is valuable and is a precious resource for every one of us and of course, we are willing to compensate any artists that join us however since this project is in its early phase we don have big budgets... so the price will be an important factor in selecting the candidates Please submit a link to your portfolio showing similar works that you did in the past.
