I am a teacher at a university of applied science. I try to explain the Compliance Management System. It is for companies to reduce legal risks. I think a grafik would explain the content better. I scribbled how I can see it. The Compliance Management System ist o bring up the employees to behave in line with the law. The management has the role model and sends out the tone at the top, for example no corruption. The Compliance team assesses the risks the business is producing. They plan measures because outside is the authority and there is a danger of fines and penalties. the compliance officer plans measures. Like bringing up children for every risk a certain measures is needed to prevent (umbrella) , to detect (magnifier) and to react if ther is missbehavior (hammer). Based on a management cyclus the measuers are planned, done, chec and improved. They shall reduce legal risks and the business needs to integrate it into their bavior. That is to try to explain my drawing. I attached a illustration I realy like. For the school I need the source of the picture as well that it could be changed if we find out that the picture should be improved. When discussing it with students we might need changes. Thank you!
