Hire a Web Developer

I am creating a subscription based service whereby the website will be used for information purposes and as a gateway to allow payment of the subscription. I offer two subscriptions to mailing lists with content which is sent to customers. The first is a "free" list which customers will get once a week. The other is a "premium" list which customers will get several times a week. There are 2 pages - Home and Premium Membership. Home will detail the service and provide access to free sign up by entering email address. Premium Membership will provide details on benefits of joining the mailing list and provide payment options and buttons to purchase. Both of these pages have already been designed. No design work is required for them. I need all the following: - Website dev work on wordpress, preferably with the elementor page builder so that I can amend easily in the future. - Back-end work. This will include: integration of payment buttons to Paypal and Stripe for processing. Upon payment, automatic user account creation will be made and a temp password sent to registered email address to log in for first time. Simultaneously, the details will be integrated into "Active Campaign" which is the emailing list I will be using. Their details need to be on there for the paid membership. - The user account profile page will have 4 tabs. The first being "Personal" which allows them to enter their personal details, change password etc. The second being "Preferences", here I will need a drop down list with approx 30 options to choose from. These options will be preferences to filter when the customer receives a newsletter from me. The customer should be able to choose more than 1 option and save these. If I send a newsletter which includes one or more of the options they have chosen, the newsletter will be sent to them, if not, then they don't get that edition of the newsletter. - The third tab will be "Subscription" which will allow the user to see their current subscription with an option to "cancel" and "renew". The forth tab will be for FAQ (which are already done) and Premium Support (which will just be a regular form to send a message to a priority inbox). - Paypal, Stripe API keys are available, Active Campaign account is available to connect also. I am looking for a simple solution to the above problems. I have some examples of websites which have achieved this which I will share with the chosen developer. I need it all to work flawlessly with each other and be easy to amend and track on my side. WooCommerce and WooSubscriptions/WooMemberships do not offer me this solution, I have tried. Business plan wordpress account and premium plugins (where required) will be provided. Please consider all options above before quoting me. Thank you.
