Designer - 3D view

We are hiring a freelancer who is capable of working within the constraints of the existing setup and ability to provide an output which is easy to integrate with the existing project code base. The subsequent sections will detail the specifications for the project requirements. The end-output of this project would be an integrated module of 3D view of the surface with the specified features. While a detailed low-level specification is provided in the subsequent sections, the end solution will cater to the following high-level requirements. - Create 5 3D Surfaces with terrain view. We will be providing the 2D view of the surfaces. - Draw 3D shapes on the 3D surface. - Ability to move, add, remove shapes. - Ability to extract a particular block area from Google Map and create a 3D view of the same. - Integration with html /angular.js compatible platform. - Ability to create 3D surface based on image. Detailed requirements are mentioned in the attached document.
