Hey there guys. I am searching for a developer who can build me an E-mailing system on [login to view URL] where people have to give feedback and rate out of 5 stars to be able to download music when they receive the email. Without giving feedback on the song and rating the song out of 5 stars, the download option will not be available. Once the feedback and the rating have been given, the download option will be available and they can download the song. I've provided a picture from another website that shows the main ingredients of my requirement from you guys. So, the needed emailing compartment will have to have all the sections in this picture.
