Build a feature named " story" for inbuilt application

Dear Developers, We are building a GPS location based connecting app ( In Android) which will help people to connect with the people with similar interests and hobbies (Like Tinder). We want to add a new feature in this app called “Story” wherein User should have an option to share the pictures, live videos, gallery videos (10 seconds) and that will be shown as stories. Users can tag the hobbies/location. These stories can be seen by everyone who selected that hobby/ all the followers/connected users. • User should have an option which enables the user to click pictures/videos. User can do beautification of photos and write on it using different colors and fonts (like snap chat) • User can record the video in slow motion/ reverse motion and can write on the video before sharing it with everyone. • These moments will be deleted after 24 hours automatically. • 5 moments will be shown in the user profile screen in Story section. • As the app is already in build stage and we want to add this as add-on feature for the application. The feature should be built in such a way that it can be seamlessly integrated with the present app. • We have plan to scale the app on other platforms like IOS and also on website so the development should able to extended Desired technologies to use: Backend Technology: Angular JS, Node JS, and MongoDB Front end Technology UI: HTML, CSS, Angular JS
