PSD to Mailchimp template (IT company)

::INTRODUCTION:: Looking for an HTML / CSS / Mailchimp expert who can convert a finished PSD design to valid HTML/CSS coded mailchimp template. See the design of the mailing here: [login to view URL] (attention, download the PDF to see the postit-notes instead of opening it inside the browser) I require the following (also see the PDF): - convert the PSD design to HTML / CSS for e-mail and which works correctly in Hotmail, Gmail, Outlook, etc. - convert the mailing HTML/CSS to a mailchimp template where the admin/user can use the template for a new emailing - the admin / user can edit titles, text and images (see the PDF for instructions / postits on page 2) - the admin can duplicate blocks inside the mailing (mc:repeatable) ::DELIVERY / PLANNING:: The delivery-time thursday june 25th evening / night.
