Punctuation based educational HTML5 app for children

We've been working on a Flash game and are part way through it's development. However, as the flash player will be no longer supported in 2020, we are looking for someone or a small team to rebuild it in HTML5. The HTML5 version will be put online for desktop browsers and also be made into an app via PhoneGap (or similar) for iOS and Android devices and made available in app stores. We will handle uploading of the app to stores. The artwork from the game is 95% done and primarily created in Adobe Flash (Animate). There will be minor tweaks/additions needed to complete the game. Attached are 2 PDF's, it's worth looking at both to get an idea of the game. The core game play resolves around dragging 'scolls' representing punctuation into a timeline, then pressing play to watch on screen characters say the name of the punctuation and perform moves with them. There is then an 'Arena' mode where once setting up the timeline, you can use it to complete the missing punctuation in predefeined sentences. In total there are 100 sentences, split across 10 rounds. (10 sentences per round). The results screen for each sentence gives the user 0 - 3 stars depending on how much of the punctuation they got correct. At the end of the round, the user will get a headband they can give to their Ninja avatar. The Ninja avatars will need to be customisable with a single clothing colour and a single skin colour. The main 'Sensei' character remains as in the attachments. The app is designed for schools so students can take turns playing on the same device/computer. The students should be able to save progress to their own account on the local device but no need to make this online so that that they can transfer progress, although we would be interested in additional costs here. Out of curiosity, this is a repeat post as the first post had some much interest we're keen to fish out the automated applications vs the genuine. We will require code be added to source control (ideally GIT) and regularly pushed/updated (at least 3 times a week) during development.
