Website build for a medical clinic

We are a medical clinic looking to replace our very dated website. The website will be approximatgely 70 pages in size, but will give us the ability to increase/decrease the number of pages within the functionality of the site. We will provide you with the content. Please find attached an example of what we require. One of our team members has created a design and flow of pages (similar to wireframes) to give an indication of what we require. This is not the exact lay out and content, but will give you a guide of what is required. The completed product should enable us to add and remove data on each page as well as allowing us to add further pages for patient advice and medical conditions that we may want to highlight. Furthermore we would want to add additional links such as a Facebook or Twitter feed links. It should be useable on different electronic devices so that users of computers, tablets and smartphones phones all get a similar fluid experience. The way we have developed the screenshots on the presentation provided is so that the user does not need to scroll up and down and the majority of the information would be available to them on each screen. Ideally, we would like as little scroll down as possible. We have purchased our own domain name that we would like to use. We will require search optimization so our surgery comes top on searches for GP surgeries in Nuneaton. We would like to complete the work asap. We are only interested in working with teams of people who are able to showcase examples of work they have done previously. We look forward to your ideas and your quote.
