We would like to build a webportal for our employees. We want the web portal to contain the following: 1. HR book 2. Employee handbook 3. Routine check lists 4. Products menus 5. Picture library 6. Online courses 7. Tests for employees 8. News board 9. Other relevant information 10. HR information on each employee (like performance appraisals etc.) 11. Suggestion and complaint box for the employees 12. Dashboard to read out information from cashier software in each department (data in 5 different sql databases) All the above points should be easy manipulated by managers, and information changes, and new information should be easy to post. Access control based on account, roles and departments.
