VMS board data tracking

Variable Message Sign trailer mounted boards (see images at: [login to view URL]) These boards are operated with mobile sim cards and GPS locators, there are a large number of different software programs that are used for all the different type of boards. I am looking for someone that can capture the data (location, message and possible other functions) for the data to be stored so that clients can go back weeks/months and see where they had boards at a set date and the message these boards where displaying. 3 images show the software that I am using. Data signs, Bartco and Opt Traffic. I would like to be contacted first that the software can be extracted and how that process would work, secondly the cost of a website to show the history? Secondly, I would like there to be options in future for room to grow, and look at having a product scheduler that will work out best way to move boards from point A to point B, it to work out logistics of hire and be able to book in future jobs, send email reminders of collection and deliveries. (Future possibilities for it to calculate the route of said above logistics and put for it to load sometimes multiple trips.) Please feel free to contact me I would love to discuss the possibilities and options that are available so that I can promote this product clients at large and get the right funding. Obviously the more service you can provide the better, i imagine it will take more than one person to complete this task, possibly a team of 3, however take in to mind at this point there is no deadline.
