Simple registration/booking calendar for cabin owners own use

Scenario / challenge: Owners of rental cabins / apartments specify their own time / use of the apartment in a calendar that gives the resort responsible overview of vacant / busy capacity for other tenants. There must be one calendar per rental object. Owners must only have access to their own calendar - can't see, or log into others. Booking for all cabins / apartments must be displayed for admin in WP back-end + e-mail to admin when booking is made. This would be a very simple availability calendar/ booking system or plugin for Wordpress. The idea is to let the rental administrator see when a cabin/appartment can't be rented out, due to that the owner of the cabin/appartment is going to use it himself. Other booking system allready takes care of the ordinary guests - this is just for the owners of the different cabins/appartments. Someone who has suggestions for a good plug-in / solution that does this? The job is to pinpoint the exact plugin and do a simple setup in WP backend so that we have 13 calendars - one for each owner.
