Redesign and implement new layout for 11 pages running on Joomla platform.

We are looking for a skilled and creative web/graphical designer with strong implementation/programming skills. He/she must be able to create the design and implement it on 11 pages which are running on joomla platform. Important: The new designed layouts must be optimized for desktop and mobile (responsive) display. The Style: We are looking for a clean but classic look in darker tones creating an elegant and light impression. All fonts should be changed to `Quicksand´ and the lines should generally be thin and elegant. You can base the colour pallette and general visual impression on our existing front page ([login to view URL]). All fields, buttons, text boxes and images must be evaluated and potentially resized and re-organised to created perfect UI with a clean, minimalistic and elegant look. The process: After hiring, we go through the pages and their functions in more detail together and then you will create a few draft layouts for some pages. Once approved, you can begin the actual implementation in a test environment and when all completed we upload packages to the live environment. Deadline: All 10 pages must done and implemented in live environment by 18/12/2017, which means all work should be completed in test environment by 15/12/2017, so we have time for any corrections.
