Skills required: -at least 5 years wordpress front and back end experience -comfortable working with ftp and hosting -expert with WooCommerce -knows how to use photoshop -obsessive attention to detail -excellence in making websites responsive to different screen resolutions -creative problem solver -based in North or Latin America -able to work 6am - 1 pm PST -has stable wifi -able to commit to a consistent work schedule monday-friday -has a portfolio of wordpress websites you have built and can show us -knows how to work with javascript, html and css -has experience working alongside a web design team -can work unsupervised and deliver high quality results with minimal errors -history of consistently meeting deadlines -has a great attitude -loves a challenge -is a perfectionist with the quality of work you deliver Our team has lots of work for the right person. Our main problem has been that our developers deliver work that has a lot of errors and we have to review their work, again and again, to get it right. We are looking for someone who can get it right the first time and we don't have to worry that they made mistakes or didn't pay attention to the details of the job.
