SO nat is a vegetarian fast food restaurant that offers buddha bowls. it is located in the center of paris The dishes are organic, colorful and generous. This restaurant was created by an architect in reconversion. When I studied decoration for this restaurant, I wanted to reveal raw materials such as stone, raw wood. The floor is composed of granito. The walls are left as they are with their traces of the past. the tiles bring a modern and regular side. the vegetation is ubiquitous in the restaurant. It is suspended from the ceiling just like the lights. I wanted to discover vegetarian food otherwise. The Place, decoration and music are important elements. Indeed, there is a friendly and warm spirit that we can discover as soon as we enter the restaurant. We even know our customers and call them by their first names. all our preparations are made in the restaurant including pickles, sauces, bread ... we currently have a logo that we created before the opening of the restaurant. It does not correspond to the spirit of the place. we wanted to replace a modern typography on an engraving. but that does not reflect the image and atmosphere in the restaurant. The logo is sad. We opened over a year ago and are considering opening other restaurants. I wish to have that matches the spirit of the restaurant. which is both contemporary but also warm and friendly. despite the fact of developing this restaurant, I wish to keep the side friendly and family it should be clean, simple and recognizable, it s verry important.
