I need to develop a portal for the holistic market. This will be an evolving project however i'm requiring budgets for our first stage. As first stage we need the website to support subscription of persons (clients) looking for holistic vendors and the subscription of holistic vendors. The vendor will specify the areas of practice, city, country, languages spoken and other info. While clients will specify areas of interest, country of residence and other contact info. Clients can browse/search the holistic vendors by a keyword or by a country. Vendors can search clients by country however contact info won't be available so they cannot contact directly. A forum of all users is needed so, clients can ask questions and vendors can reply, it will be a monitored forum. Topics of forums can be created by the webmaster. We can use a sample forum such as https://phantompilots.com. Technical aspects: web technologies are very diverse, however we will prefer to use a few of the following technologies: flask, asp.net, angular2, sql server, mysql, react, jquery, azure. Proposals that are using CMSs such as drupal or wordpress will be disqualified, since we do want this development to do it from the scratch.
