I'm a textile designer and fabric manufacturer , located in Turkey . techpacks will be in file format , pdf file to be sent to the manufacturer, ai file to be kept by you for further use. Depending on the garment and its details each tech pack will be aroud 4 to 10 pages. 1st page ; Front and back view or the garment with all the details Also if needed side views will be visible All the pantne colors of the fabrics and the accessories ( like zippers, buttons, fabrics etc.) prints , embroidery positioning will be seen on this page. Following pages will include decoration details .( print and embroidery positioning , pantone colors, dimensions etc. Also woven neck labels, side labels , carton hangtags , care labels, polybag instructions, garment folding instructions, box sizes and packaging details like ; polybag stickers, barcode placement, box stickers etc. will be instructed on the rest of the pages. Apart from the main file Woven labels pdf file will be prepared for the manufacturer to send to the label maker, Printand embroidery artwork file be prepared again for the manufacturer to send to the print house and embroidery house. If you do not have a design for the labels and carton hangtags I can help you with the design of these also .
