Digital Marketing Manager - Conceptualize and create growth strategies for [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] - Help conceptualize and create an expansion playbook - Apply analysis and optimization techniques to aggressively scale paid media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Adwords - Run both prospecting and retargeting campaigns that successfully push potential customers down the purchase funnel - Construct top targeting segments based on campaign goals through demographic data, Facebook insights, 1st Party Data (Custom Audiences, etc.) and other available data - Understand the growth analytics and tracking to support the creation of product features that drive growth and get customers to engage with and convert to be [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] users - Work with the team to develop strategies for acquisition, retention and reactivation through multiple channels, including SEM/SEO, contextual targeting, retargeting, inbound channels, and other techniques not yet discovered -Continually improve upon both profitability and growth metrics -Take an iterative data-driven approach to understand the efficacy of various paid and organic channels to grow and optimize them effectively -Understand how local marketplace dynamics impact our playbook and all user acquisition initiatives Hyperlocal (West Island of Montreal) then expand Nationally (Canada in major cities) About you: - 3+ years experience leading online marketing programs, ideally with a focus on acquiring and activating consumers in a local marketplace environment - 3+ years Managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, (LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Pinterest Ads—a plus) - A strong creative, branding, and product background -Highly proficient in Facebook’s Ads Manager and/or Power Editor - Understanding of custom audiences and lookalike audiences - Strong understand of bidding techniques (AutoBid, CPC, CPM, oCPM) - Strong analytic skills with knowledge of strategic, economic, and financial analysis frameworks and models - Proven track record of successful growth initiatives - Experience as a metrics-driven technology growth, with a background in generating quality leads for a technologies business -Certifications in Google Adwords, Google Analytics, and Facebook Blueprint -Ability to deal with high-growth pains and challenges of a technology startup -Strong understanding of SEO -You're scrappy, you can act quicky & think long-term - Copywriting skills in French & English a plus
