I have a business called "Skelter". As in Helter Skelter, but just the Skelter is used. I am looking for someone to design my logo for this startup. Skelter is a new way to do coffee. It is online and will also be retail. But to start with online and selling coffee and re-usable coffee cups for at home enthusiasts. I want some thing that is simple and classic that can easily translate from a business card to a retail store sign. My idea, though not set in stone, is to incorporate a simple drawing of a helter skelter using minimal amount of lines or strokes, outlining the general outline of the structure. Underneath and joined by the pen stroke will be the name "Skelter" In beautiful running writing style font. The name Skelter represents a journey or lifes ups and downs, high and lows, but also the idea of fun and carefree. It does not necessarily have to present anything to do with coffee. As an afterthought the main structure of a helter skelter does look like an upside down cup... :-) A style idea can be found attached. This though is a little too busy, too many lines and detail. The font is a little too calligraphic. But perhaps the idea is conveyed by it. I also want a couple of the designers own thoughts, excluding my brief above, of how they envisage this. To understand the mind of the designer and see it through anothers eyes. Im really looking forward to seeing this come to life with you.
