Design and Build Housing for Electronics (Special Requirments)

I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler (from time to time and some projects I could make the functional prototype too). I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. 1 - the dimensions of the pcb and the holes location/position are really necessary... 2 - what type of battery do you want to use - depends on the power required by the pcb, but i will highly recommend the button cells - flat, cheap and durable 3 - the enclosure should be waterproof or is enough to be splash proof 4 - it will be required to change the electronics or only the battery? 5 - i think that 50 grams for the enclosure i is to much 6 - with the files i'll deliver you'll be ready to make the prototype - 3d printed Regards Bogdan
