Create product styles for our website

We are a sports apparel manufacturer that allows customization of our products through our website. We use Adobe Photoshop templates to represent our different product styles and are looking for a talented designer to help us rapidly expand our product lines. This will be an ongoing / recurring project for the selected designer. I've attached a picture of a jersey style that a customer may request us to create. We would take that pic and recreate that design on our blank jersey template which is also attached. We do not recreate any logos, names, numbers, special effects such as tiled graphics. Each different layer or customizable area is on it own layer so we can control how it's re-colored or designed within our website. You can see an example of this by looking at one of the style1 files. When designing the different layers for a given style, it's OK for them to go past the edge of the product. These will be cleaned up prior to being imported into the website. All layers that are locked should not be modified in any way as they provide registration points for our software system.
