Build a Wordpress website

I need a new website for a startup business. I am good with wordpress, so could do this myself, but just don't have time right now. I am interested in working with an individual only in order to build a working relationship and understanding. I am not interested in working with a team. The website will not be large, and does not require a store. The purpose of the website is to fully explain the various services that I offer. There will be a main landing page with company info, contact info, etc, and a portfolio with 10 or 12 primary services offered. Each service will have its own "read more" page with more complete descriptions, photos, etc. I may want to use a Wordpress calculator plugin in order to help people "self estimate" services. for example enter number of feet of edging (calculate price per foot based on discounts, etc) cost of services based on size of home, and other calculations. I may also use a online booking and calendar plugin suck as Amelia or Bookly. Experience and demonstration of booking plugins will be favored. I am not going to be able to deliver all the information at once so you can just "finish" instantly. This may be 8 to 10 hours per week for several weeks with both of us working on the site in order to get things right. Solid English skills are required so that we can work together, however all online copy will be in corrected and accurate English with no need for editing or text creation. Photos will be a combination of actual, stock, and placeholders as I do not have all photos for this summer season yet. Company is a Property Services Company that offers... If you charge $15 an hour, or are not so productive, I'll use you less. We can use a Wordpress theme that I already own, and if you know Wordpress well you know that just about any theme can be made to look many different ways. The site will be clean and professional. maybe somewhat minimal. A clear and clean delivery of information, yet good power with the help of some premium plugins.
