I want to build front end website for my property management company that has a total of 10 properties. The website will just be an overview of the properties with some nice pictures and about 10 pages for more information overall which will include forms. Such as Apply to Lease, Investors, Contractors, Sell Your Property, Contact, Etc.. I also need to install Perfex and the webchat module for the back end. I am looking for someone with good PHP knowledge and hopefully design skills so I can work on future projects, including making modifications to this site.
