Add several overlay images to create images for my etsy shop.

I have three image folders containing 15 images in each, though two of the folders have had the images chopped into 2 and 3 sections, so there are... 15 x 1 Image 15 x 2 Images 15 x 3 Images So in total there are 45 sets of images that need creating. Its a pretty simple and straightforward job, just need the sets of images adding to the black etsy-image wall with the text “Splash Art Prints” below the images. Its important the bottom of each of the images are at the same height and the text name below them is also in the same position so they all look uniformed as will be used in my Etsy shop. I have uploaded some sample images so you know what is required, all images will be provided at the correct size. There will also be some minor text alterations and images that need adding to a facebook and etsy banner. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I know the budget is small. so dont bid if you cant work within that budget, there are a lot of images but at the same time it should only be a couple of hours work hopefully, need completeing as soon as possible. Would like to have 1 x 1 image, 1 x 2 image and 1 x 3 image before you proceed with the rest just to make sure there are no issues, this will also make sure its all done correct 1st time hopefully.
