Wordpress RETS Integration w/ plugin/shortcodes

[login to view URL] is a wordpress site with an existing real estate template. We do NOT want a generic IDX plugin from dsidxpress or iHomefinder etc. We need many fields that are not available to those services and want to create a unique user experience that adds value to potential clients. The search/display function for properties needs to be customized to integrate with the MRIS ([login to view URL]). Sample RETS data can be provided as a test source. Specific fields need to be customizable through a configuration panel/WP Module. An example of the fields to be included are here: [login to view URL] Will also included external data from sources like Zillow API and WalkScore.com. API documentation public and data can be requested using simple API call with property GPS coordinates & address. Existing site has a registered user "add properties" function that needs to be customized to look/feel like RETS data display for search. Registered users must be able to save properties as "favorites" and view previous sales data (Comparable's) in a simple report format (html or PDF). User activity must be tracked/reported for lead generation (ie: properties viewed, date/number of logins, force user free registration when looking for properties etc). RETS data must be downloaded/cached to local database and updated on an hourly basis. We will provide RETS/MRIS documentation to better explain API. Search Function must be customizable and usable on the front page and widgets (side bar, menus etc). Short Codes to use in Wordpress blogs/pages to display property data. For example, to display one single property "[rets_display_prop_id=SM4589899]" or multiple properties "[rets_display_feat_prop_zip=20653]" or "[rets_display_feat_prop_city=Leonardtown]" etc. We must be able to easily add a single or list of properties by city, zip, MLS ID, or community to a page/blog.
