125762 editting a photo

i was wondering if someone could help me by telling me what program they use to edit pictures. I have a bunch of photos here from a vacation i took and I wanted to cut out people on the photos and place them on different photos. For example take a picture of my friend and cut him out perfectly and then place him in a different photo so it looks like he was in that picture when i took it. stuff like that. Im not sure what information is worth here on scriptlance but i am willing to pay someone to help me out with this. Thanks for taking a look and reading, Mike
