IMPORTANT: Applicants with writing sample will be strongly considered. Our publishing house is searching for talented creative writers. Are you interested in ghostwriting? Do you have completed novels you wish to sell the rights to? If either of those describes you, then please read on! We are looking to publish a series of three Vampire novels of approx. 30k to 40k words each. We are eager to explore any story ideas you might be interested in and work together to create compelling, authentic characters that readers can fall in love with. Most of all, we want writing to be fun! Candidates should have the following qualities: • You have fluency in English, • Experience with reading and writing Vampire/Paranormal Romance books (IMPORTANT), • Ability to improvise story elements, • Willingness to do edits if needed, • Willingness to incorporate suggestions, The best writers shall receive the opportunity for longer-term engagements. Deadlines and hiring rates are negotiable. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified. When applying, please address the following: • Describe the kinds of stories you enjoy writing or wish to write. • Include a written sample of your work (Vampire/Paranormal preferred) • What is your bidding rate? Our standard hiring rate is $100 USD per 15,000 words. If you're negotiating a lower or higher rate, please state your reason(s) why. Please note: This is a contractual assignment. This means that once the client purchases the written work, you will not retain any rights to the work. The client will have all rights to publish, distribute, sell and generally use the stories in perpetuity in any media including digital, electronic and print. Further, the written work will be published under the client’s name who will retain the intellectual property rights, including copyrights, and the work cannot be distributed or used by you in the future. The content should be 100% original. Plagiarism will not be accepted. Any non-original work will be returned without compensation and you will no longer be considered for future projects.

Recently my story Lake Sebastian won the Emit Blackwell Story award, he subsequently made a dramatised version of it for YouTube. As a child I'd seen a vampire serial and grew up wondering if I can be one of them so I literally lived like vampire for quite a while.( My favorite colour is black;-) ) Here's a sample- Walking through the forest on the moonlit path Alecor wondered whether it was a gust of wind or was it someone else? It was around midnight and she was wondering if ever she will be able to find her way out of this mysterious forest. Being new in town, unknown of all the mysteries the forest held, she had strayed in the forest in the hope of finding a short route. Unaware of what nature had in her fate, she had unknowingly fell in a trap that nature had laid ahead of her. A trap of true love, unveiling the oldest mysteries of the forest, cryptic affairs and much more. Someone had been waiting for her since long in this forest, agonized with ghosts of past, a true lover, a brave fighter, the one who has waited for two centuries.... a vampire.... I like to write paranormal stories. In fact I've written some stories in past. Here's a partial story sample. (this is all I could fit in this box) Once we used to love each other… but what happened next can only be accounted through the memoirs I’m sharing with y’all. There was this girl Katherine. I remember we met at the University out of haste. I was in a hurry to submit my report on Paranormal Sciences so I just banged with her. I could not cope up with the situation but that day had something else for me. Giving no shit to the lovely lady I just went away in haste. No, I wasn’t in the haste because of the deadline but because of my excitement to show my work to the professors. Now my work was submitted for further discussion by the experts, I had nothing to do but to wait. As I recalled along my last 24 hours, I knew many things happened with me within that time frame. Naturally, her thought also came flushing into the mind. I was so sorry not to admire the beauty the instance I met her. So all the day long I was thinking about the beautiful girl. I could not sleep that night. Maybe that’s because of that girl or maybe because the result of my reports were to be given tomorrow. Next day when I woke up (yeah somehow I was asleep) it was raining heavily. I had to report to Professor Alan Whitman. He was a pretty nerdy guy, not too old. But had an excellent academic record in the field. He was now my mentor and helping hand in my research of Scandinavian ghosts.

Hello there! Here's a sample of my work: Down in the basement, I walked carefully as Skylar pranced ahead of me, eager to show me her newest contraption. Wires and unidentifiable cords dangled precariously from shelves of electronics. Computers were everywhere, some working and monitoring data, and others waiting to be repaired or reused for their components. One side of the basement was dedicated to Skylar’s plant research. A powerful UV lamp illuminated rows of potted plants and shrubs. Handheld electronic devices lay out on tabletops along with tiny tools that could infiltrate their insides. Over the buzz of the UV lamps, a louder hum could be heard from the combined power of all the computers running. A fan was placed in the tiny window at the top of the basement wall where air from outside could be used to cool the electronics. There was a smell of burnt metal and earthy soil that permeated the air. I thought the two smells would be horrible together, but they were actually kind of nice. Like a bonfire on a crisp fall night. “Are you burning things down here, Skylar?” I asked incredulously. I’d be very surprised if my parents had agreed to let her start using fire in her experiments. Just a small excerpt...let me know if you're interested in my writing!
