Modify exisiting flash banners

I have 2 existing flash banners that I would like modified. The current flash banners are located at: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] I need to have a new version of the banners built with the following minor modifications: Banner 1 ([login to view URL]:) 1. I need the tangled stringy background pattern removed (to be a plain black background). 2. I need the female image to be resized (smaller) while the text size remains the same. The overall banner height should be reduced by approximately 33%. 3. I need to remove the opening animation effect on the female image. It needs to be a static image on a plain black background with only the bracelet sparkle effect retained (this sparkle should be enlarged). 4. The current animation effect on the text should be retained. 5. "Online Escort Directory" should be replaced with "Adult Services Directory" The words "Adult Services" should be in hex A00000 All bids should contain the word INTERSEXION so that I can determine which bidders have actually read and understood the project requirements.
