Hello all! I need a responsible freelancer who can make flash banners. Responsible, because it is a huge project and I want to build a long term relationship with the right person. Specs: 1- Sizes in one set. 300x250 300x125 768x90 2- File size should be less than 35k 3- Design and storyboard will be provided 4- Template will be provided for each size 5- Delivery time.. within 24 hours of receiving the banner set. Your job is to import the design and animate according to the storyboard. Very simple for someone with VERY BASIC knowledge of Flash. This project is for the first 10 banner sets. And there are 100+ banner sets. Please give me your best offer.
