Flash Game Developer With Spare Time Required

I need to hire a Flash game developer to create a game similiar in content to: [login to view URL] The main difference is there need to be 5 or 6 different characters to pick from who will be thrown and instead of a catapult, a cannon will be used instead. The character images will be provided, as will any scripted sound effects. The budget for this is in the region of £200 give or take a little. The developer will preferably be Midlands based.
