The project is very similar to the toll free number system which are being used by many companies. For example when we call a number given by the company, we interact with the system. We listen to the computer generated voice. We get some option in order to give some response to the system. I need a similar system. I have seen some systems based on excel VBA being integrated with the whatsapp. It is not compulsory to put excel behind the whatsapp. Any system can be used behind whatsapp. But I should be able to change the options given by the whatsapp reply. My objective is to make an auto reply system for my costumers. When they send any message to the whatsapp number, they will get some option in reply. Up on giving some response they will be automatically replied.
