I need an excel expert for merging different data from 3 excel files into 1 file

We are a company that have our data stored in different excel files. For implementation in various webshops we need to be able to deliver 1 file with all the data. Our main file is "catalog - webshop" From the file "prijslijst groothandel" we need the column "EAN (H)" and "NUT NR (K)" and "BTW/TVA (J)" to be imported to respectivily columns "EAN (AD)", "NUT nr (AC)" and "BTW/TVA (AG)" on the file "catalog - webshop". onnly the data with matching "CNK code" imust be joined Then we have a third file witch doens't contain that many fields, but the fields contain data, zo it reads very bad in a excel file. What needs to happen here is tricky. We have data that is now in 1 column "properties" that need to be pulled out. All text that comes before " Samenstelling:" needs to be put in a new column "Eigenchappen NL"" All text that comes between " Samenstelling:" and "Presentatie:" needs to be put in a new column "samenstelling NL" All text that comes between "Presentatie:" and "Gebruik:" needs to be put in a new column "inhoud NL" All text that comes between "Gebruik:" and "CNK:" needs to be put in a new column "Gebruik NL" All text that comes between "CNK:" and "NUT:" needs to be put in a new column "CNK" Then the CNK column, is the unique key and is the corresponding field for the data in the excel file "catalog - webshop" these column need to be joined in this file only if the CKN code is equal. then we have the same for the French text in the file: All text that comes before "Propriétés:" needs to be put in a new column "Eigenchappen FR"" All text that comes between " Composition:" and "Présentation:" needs to be put in a new column "samenstelling FR" All text that comes between "Présentation:" and "Utilisation:" needs to be put in a new column "inhoud FR" All text that comes between "Utilisation:" and "CNK:" needs to be put in a new column "Gebruik FR" All text that comes between "CNK:" and "NUT:" needs to be put in a new column "CNK" Again the CNK column is the unique key and is the corresponding field for the data in the excel file "catalog - webshop" these column need to be joined in this file only if the CKN code is equal. (the french columns)
