hi After looking at the scheduler there are few ways which can done, for example each employe will be entered into one separate worksheet with his/her duty time (not the way its organised right now) and then when each day you enter it shows all the available employees in certain time slot. also I suggest it can be handled other than excel using php and database with scheduler app. I can share more details if you need. thanks
