Roles & Responsibilities:  All Health care claims (based on hospital ) Keying & Verifying.  All Health care claims coding,  Auditing the Key able documents like HCFA (Physicians bill) and UB (Hospital Bill) Standard and Non-Standard Claims errors & Non-Key able Documents like Misdirected, Multiple-Patient/Provider, and Legal Claims etc.  Error Analysis should also be done for Internal, Cal & Customer errors from various Hov sites in daily basis.  Ensure the Feedback has been given to the processor  Clearing doubts of the processor during Production.
