HI there i need somebody who can run a formula to import the category id and category parent number's and match them with the category names from 2 different spreadsheets. I have an existing master excel spreadsheet that i use for categories to populate my website. I now have a new spreadsheet with more categories - that i need to match up with the existing sheet. I require an excel expert to help create 2 new columns in the new spreadsheet for the categories to import the relevant matching numbers from the existing spreadsheet. this will involve using data from 2 seperate spreadsheets There are some categories that will be new and will not exist on the master spreadsheet. they should still import the relevant NUMBER to match the category PARENT ID - but leave the category id blank (as its a new category) master spreadsheet has the numbers in 2 columns : Category ID and Parent ID this is the second help i require on the spreadsheet there will be many more projects. I presume the "Parent Category Name" is the "Other1" column in "Master Category" sheet (to be matched with "Printer Category" column in "New Category" sheet)? 2. Is this a one time job? Would you like the formulae in "Category ID" and "Parent Category ID" to remain in "New Category" sheet and always reference "Master Category" sheet or bring over the values?
