develop simple bonus payout structure for employee retention referral bonus

we would like to create a program that calculates a bonus for employees that refer other employees to work with the company. the bonus is tied to the hours that the referred employees work with the organization. there would be 2 tiers of payouts and 4 levels deep. there would also be retention bonuses based on length of service for employees. Suzie would have a payout of $ X based on 0.02c (modifiable) on indirect referrals of amy and heather based on their hours worked quarterly. Michelle would have a payout of $ X based on 0.05c (modifiable) on direct referrals of Amy and Heather and the hours that they work quarterly. Joe would have a payout of $ X based on 0.05c (modifiable) on direct referrals of Jessie and Fernanda and the hours that they work quarterly. We would have an excel spreadsheet that would be downloaded from our scheduling software with the hours quarterly that we would enter into the tree. We would need spots to be able to add new trees as an employee is referred to the company. As the tree expands we would need to continue to add people below (up to 4 levels deep) We would like to be able to modify the bonus amount. If an employee leaves they can stay in the tree but their hours would stay at zero for their hours and not generate any bonus moving forward in any of the trees. We would like to be able to print out a master payout sheet to enter into payroll. We would like to be able to print out individual payout calculators (optional if major added cost not needed)
