I would like to hire a Prestashop Module Developer

As you are probably aware there are a few Prestashop modules for v1.7.2.4 that provide a quotation facility, some also are able to convert that quotation into an order, but only for stocked items. A brief summary of how my setup works. I sell ‘online’ only to UK customers, mainly due to shipping costs being so variable. 1 – I do get enquiries from UK and non UK customers for non-stocked products (that is special to order). Aims of new module. 2a - I wish to be able to quote for both stock and out of stocked and non-stocked (that is special to order) products together. 2b - I want the ‘ask a quote’ button location to be selectable, ie below ‘add to cart’ button etc etc 2c - I want the customer to be a registered customer, so I know his address and more importantly country. 2d - I want the facility to change shipping costs and add ‘+’ and ‘-’ discounts. And all the features shown on screen shots at [login to view URL] 2e - I want a standard notes facility, adjustable validity period etc 2f - When the customer is happy, I would want him to order and pay in the normal Prestashop way. 2g - When the order has payed I want the stocked products to be treated in the same way as any other Prestashop order, ie stocking levels adjusted. 2h - Any non-stocked products, I want to generate special products within Prestashop. Maybe as a hidden product within a specific category, and then treated in the same way as other Prestashop products. 2i - The main aim is to keep everything official and within Prestashop. I do have a paid copy of ‘Prestashop Request a Quote’ Module by taydosoft, purchased from [login to view URL] For the price this module almost gets there, but the creater refuses to add ‘place the order’ functionality. Maybe you can use as a template? If you require any other info to enable an accurate quote, then please advise.
