Step 1: Kindle: Niche and keyword research & competition analysis • What topics and keywords (within my field of expertise) are most profitable in the Kindle ebook market? • What products should best be created? And what kind of products (ebook features, long or short, etc.)? o Find 2-3 best practice cases and explain to me what they do and why they are so successful • What SEO/SEA/SEM strategy is best in my case? • Deadline: Juli 20th Step 2: Professional ebook design • Step 2 starts after I created the products (4 weeks) and the ebooks are ready • Professional ebook design both on the outside and inside • Helpful features inside the ebook • If you want to, you can hire a professional ebook designer yourself on my cost, but you will have to check with me regularly: I want to be involved in the decisions on design, color, pictures etc. • Publish the ebooks on Kindle Step 3: Kindle Marketing: SEO, SEM, SEA (foundations and ongoing activities) • Get high rank for relevant keywords • Maybe: Create profitable Amazon-Ads: Testing, evaluating, improving Ads • Controlling and improving Ads • Ongoing project: Keep getting higher in Kindle ranking • Other SEM strategies (Blog? Youtube?) --What's important to me?-- I want a trustworthy, honest and committed freelancer. I want you to take responsibilty for the entire project: You're gonna be my professional counselor, and you need to pursue a well-defined and consistent strategy. Your passion for work and you're commitment to the project are essential. Your English should be sufficient for communication via email and skype. I am from Germany, but my English is solid. --Hiring procedure-- Please comment on how many hours it will take you to complete the project as well as each single step, and what due date is possible for you. Project can start around July 10th, ebook design around August 10th, Kindle Marketing around August 17th. Also, please tell me if you offer monitor record, so I can check and verify your activities and time. I would like to get to know you in a skype interview first, and see if we can establish a good working relationship, which is very important to me because we might be working together regularly and long-term. --Possible: long-term assignments, bonuses, and raises-- If you prove to be honest, competent and efficient, I'm looking forward to working with you on a regular basis, maintaining and regularly expanding/improving my kindle ebooks (appr. 5-10 hours per week). If you're successful, we will produce more ebooks and you will get more assignments. If you produce the desired results, bonuses and hour rate raises are implied, as a matter of course. Please tell me if you take a lower hour rates when you're working for me on a regular basis (like 5-10 hours a week). I also got another project like the current one waiting for you (duplicating the product and SEM you build, which is going to be the German version of the English ebooks).
