Set up shipping rate tables for our eBay store

Ebay is rolling out Gauranteed Delivery. So we need to set up rate shipping tables for our products. We have over 10,000 products with various size and shapes due to the products being car parts. Goal of this project: Set up shipping rate tables so that when customers to go our store, even though it is "free shipping", if they live in CA, they can pay, for example, an extra $5 and get the item within 1 day. What you would be familiar with: USPS Shipping UPS Shipping What you will be provided: Our historical shipping data (when items got shipped, when items arrived) Type of shipping data I request: 1) Shipping Rate for items that are small (less than 15 oz, not higher than 12 inches in dimensions) [modules, door handle, sensors, smaller wires] 2) Shipping Rate for items that are small but heavy (up to 70 lbs, not higher than 12 inches in dimensions) [A bag of screws and bolts, bushings, motor mount] 3) Shipping Rate for items that are medium but not higher than 12 inches in dimension (starter motor, door wires) 3.5) Shipping Rate for items that are medium and longer than 12 inches in dimension BUT are not long and thin (Headlights, tail lights) 4) Shipping Rate for items that are medium but dimensions are long and thin (like door trims, trunk lid light) 5) Shipping Rate for items that are large but light in weight (door trims, a pillar, b pillar, c pillar) 6) Shipping Rate for items that are large but heavy in weight (differentials, ac condensors, radiators) 7) Shipping Rate for items that are large but TOO heavy for UPS (over 150 lbs) so it needs to be shipped with Freight shipping costs a) Specifically Fenders b) Specifically Bumpers c) Specifically Subframes d) Specifically Trunk Lids [login to view URL]
