Invoicing and Order Entry filemaker web based bakery system

Allow wholesale customers 10 to 100 log in to there account, enter there orders based on what they are allowed to order with there specific pricing. Have order deadlines and reminders triggered on the WS customers end. Allow my baker to enter it's own retail order needs in the same way. When all orders are in for the day compile summaries of each size bakery cake and also a summary of each type of cake and flavor ordered. When orders are fulfilled the actual quantities delivered are entered to make an invoice. Showing any differences from ordered/delivered. A system to take payments and keep track of payments. Including partial payments. A way to make statements of past due invoices. Customer in there portal should be able to see there history and upcoming orders. But not be able to edit anything. At the end of the business day should be able it import retail sales from bakery and should know total sales from WS invoices to calculate the days sales and amounts of each item sold for the day and for a customized period. I have a working prototype that I have been using if that helps.
