People Management– Recruitment & Selection, Probations, Confirmations, Transfers.
Full & Final Settlements & Exit Interviews.
Administration of Payroll of 600+ employees ( Salary & Wages, Over Time, Gratuity & Grievance Handling, CTC structure change as per MW)
Manpower Planning & Reward Management – Increment, Promotion & Bonus Cycle.
Generating and maintaining all scorecards and reports for HR (MIS & Other)
Handling of Statuary Compliances under various Statuary Act
Provident Fund, Family Pension Compliances & Liaison, ESI.
Policy & procedures framing and implementation of HR & Other policies.
Handling of ITI Apprenticeship, Summer Vacation Training, T & D, Welfare Activities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Payroll & Compensation Management :
Preparation & Execution of regular Payroll, Provident Fund & ESI of 600+ employee.
Timely salary checking, processing and ensuring implementation of process as per guidelines.
Independently handling the Payroll, Attendance, Over Time and Leave records of the employees.
Processing of Annual benefits i.e. LTA, Medical, Ex-Gratia / Bonus.
Talent Acquisition & Performance Management :
Identification of existing and future manpower requirements.
Conducting selection interviews, short listing of candidate with negotiation of salary.
Preparation of letters i.e. Offer Letter, Appointment Letter and Confirmation Letter along with Resignation acceptance, Service Certificate & Relieving
