Our company is looking for an Administrative Executive Assistant to support a team of senior leadership. This position requires discretion, diplomacy, good judgement, as well as outstanding organization and attention to detail. This individual will be responsible for managing calendars across time zones and accommodating individual preferences, scheduling and managing business domestic and international travel arrangements, greeting and guiding visitors, and providing cross functional support as a member of the People Operations team. The qualified Administrative Executive Assistant will have 2+ years of team support experience, strong computer skills, and experience with working under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
