Find Excel local language settings

My upcoming product supports localized versions of Microsoft Excel in 20 languages. Therefore, I need the Excel settings for certain symbols that are language specific, like the argument separator, which is ',' in some languages, ';' in others. There are about 15 such settings. Your task is to install the language packs (freely available) of each of these languages in turn and write down these settings for each language when this language is chosen in Excel (instructions will be provided). I will provide you with an Excel sheet with sample formulas where you would see all language specific characters and simply have to copy then from the formula into a separate cell. The expected effort per language is 5 minutes, excluding the installation of the language pack. An existing installation of MS Excel (version 2013 or higher) on your side is required. You don't have to be familiar with the languages, you only have to find the open and save menu commands in Excel set to the the foreign language. There are no deep Excel skills required, except for basics like entering data into cells. No VBA skills required.
