Excel Spreadsheet Data Sorting - Master Data Distributed to Sub Sheets

We are a small construction company. We assign crews to work for specific superintendents on projects. We have created a spreadsheet to track which people are on which jobs for specific superintendents. All of the worksheets have been created. Here is what I need: The master worksheet has all data for each worker. When the drop down box for Superintendent is selected, all the data in that row needs to move automatically to the individual worksheet for that Superintendent. Then, the job description and name need to go to the "Dashboard" worksheet automatically. Basically, when the crew member is assigned to a Superintendent on the Master, his info is copied to 2 different worksheets. When all crew memebers are assigned they can only show up working for 1 superintendednt. A manager can look at the dashboard and see who is on each Superintendents Crew. Or he can look at a specific Superintendents worksheet for specific crew data. I have included a SAMPLE file of what the end result would look like. I did this by simply cutting and pasting, but it should all be done automatoicallly when the person is assigned to a superintendent.
