I`m Md Abdur Rashid, my academicals qualification Master`s of Arts and Master`s of Development studies. Working Experience: 23 years working in different organization in different position which are the last position as a Director Admin.
Main responsibilities: Planning, Data collection, Entry, Processing and Analysis, Need Assessment, Project proposal writing, project implementing, Supervision, Monitoring, Reporting, Evaluation and to develop guidelines of HRM, Procurements, Staff development for the organizations.
Training Skill: Project implement guideline prepared staff development, Training Module, Training Schedule preparation and Training provide.
Computer literacy: Practical experience In Computer Operating on Microsoft Word (50-55 word typing speed per minute), Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
Language Proficiency: Bangla is mother tongue, English- Good in writing, reading and speaking.
